Culture Shock

You know, I went to India when I was 18, and the experience was truely a culture shock. Pretty much straight out of high school into the slums of Bombay. I have to say though, that having a baby is also a culture shock. A different kind, but a culture shock nonetheless!
Before Min Yi (that sounds like B.B. [Before Baby] and A.B. [After Baby]) our life was very unstructured. We would wake up whenever we felt like it, ate whenever we felt like it, did whatever we felt like and just generally had a very easy time. Now, we still do all those things, with a minor difference... we do them when SHE feels like it ;-). It's made our lives very structured though, which is a Good Thing!
