一个娃娃, 一个护士 - One baby, one nurse
Well, it seems every kid got better just in time for summer holidays. Almost all patients disappeared and the nurses are now left with only two babies to care for: Min Yi and an Undisclosed Other (privacy laws you know). This means that during the night (with two nurses on duty) there will be one nurse per baby, and during day-time (with three or four nurses on duty I believe) the situation is even more bizarre.
They practically begged us to leave Min Yi alone with them ;-) We caved in, and this will be the second night in a row for us to both sleep at home. Min Yi slept really well last night and was still asleep when I arrived in the hospital this morning around 08:30. So yes, it is true, even wihtout us she can manage :-)
She liked being out of traction today, but got REALLY angry and frustrated when she had to go back in. It was heartbreaking to see her like that. In fact, we don't feel it's worth her frustration and anger and will probably leave her in traction tomorrow and the day after. Speaking of which: I need to find myself a new book to read in the hospital!
