No, Min Yi's not out of her cast yet. That would, of course, be the ultimate freedom. It's a lot simpler than that, but made us very happy nonetheless. Today we finally managed to put Min Yi in the stroller, in a position that was acceptable to her :-) If you want, you can have a look at this accomplishment.
This has made us all so happy! Today is a great day, sunny but not too warm. Unfortunately, our little outing came to an abrupt end the moment I realized that Min Yi's rice was still on the fire, and we had to rush back. Still, she enjoyed it a lot, as this was even her first time out in the stroller altogether! But, having not been out of the house all that much lately, I think she was kind of overwhelmed with it all. It's not like we can provide her with a smooth transition either: we step out of the house right into the center of town.
Oh, and foodwise we're doing fine (apart from the fact that bowel movements brought on by solids are really hazardous when trying to keep a clean cast!). Here's a quick one I snapped the other day when I fed Min Yi rice porridge. I almost have to fight her off! :-)
